Further to EmIS 006/2015, the designated operator of Canada would like to inform the designated operators of other Union member countries that the delivery of parcel and EMS has returned to normal in Atlantic province.

The designated operator of Canada thanks all member countries for their understanding and cooperation.

The designated operator of Canada asks us to advise the designated operators of UPU member countries that severe winter storms have disrupted the processing and delivery of parcels and EMS to at least one Atlantic province of the country since 3 February 2015. Delivery of parcels and EMS items will be delayed until further notice.
 Canada Post will keep designated operators informed of the situation. It thanks them for their understanding and cooperation
